I suppose I have been on something of a hiatus myself of late. I can only plead Harry Potter as an excuse. Terribly sorry about that and all. Really. All things considered, though, Mr. Potter is a rather entertaining chap...

I got some terrible news today. No, I won't bloviate here until I know a bit more, but you will have to forgive me if I seem a bit irritable in the future...
