What's Causing High Gasoline Prices?
It would seem that the Senate has conducted a study to discover why gas prices are so damned high. They concluded that the fault belongs to the Federal government's environmental policy. I guess they must have really been cracking down on air pollution since Bush took office, otherwise they'd have to admit that explanation is BS...
